21+ Age Requirement

777ygn's services are open to players aged 21 and above only. Players under 21 are not permitted to use this platform. If an account is opened with a false date of birth, that account will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any amendment means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly for changes.

1.1 — One Account Per Person

Each player may register only one account in their own name at 777ygn. If a single player is found to have opened more than one account, those accounts will be closed and any remaining balances will be handled at our discretion.

1.2 — Accurate Information

The information you provide when registering an account — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals may be blocked on accounts registered with incorrect information. We may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any time.

1.3 — Account Security

You are personally responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not use an easy-to-guess password or share it with any third party. All activity carried out on your account is considered your responsibility. If unauthorised access occurs, contact Support immediately.

1.4 — Account Closure

Accounts may be closed by you or by us. If there is clear evidence of a breach of these terms, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice. Any winnings accumulated will be reviewed before a final decision is made.

2.1 — Deposit Methods

777ygn supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer as deposit/withdrawal methods. The minimum amount for each deposit is 10,000 Ks and Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) is used as the reference time for deposits.

2.2 — Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks and withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals below the minimum amount cannot be processed.

2.3 — Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the following situations —

• Bonus wagering requirement not yet met
• KYC verification pending
• Software review in progress
• Player found to have more than one account

2.4 — Anti-Money Laundering

To prevent money laundering, we maintain records of communications and financial transactions. If suspicious information suggesting fraudulent attempts or illegal intent is detected, it will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1 — First Deposit Bonus

The 777ygn welcome bonus gives you a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks. Similarly, deposit 620,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

3.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If not completed, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — check the relevant service for contribution rates.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to claim further bonuses until the initial deposit or existing bonus has been played through first.

3.3 — Grounds for Bonus Removal

We may restrict or cancel a bonus for the following reasons —

• Evidence of bonus abuse through coordinated play
• The bonus is claimed from more than one account per player
• Evidence of attempts to manipulate our decisions

4.1 — Fair Play Commitment

All games on 777ygn use a Random Number Generator (RNG), so no outcome is predetermined or manipulated. Players' results are protected with SSL encryption and strong data protection measures.

4.2 — Gaming Limits

4.3 — Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited at 777ygn —

• Collusion — players working together to cheat
• Chip Dumping — deliberately losing chips to another player
• Bot Software — using a computer program to play
• Chargebacks — making unauthorized refund claims through a payment service
• Deliberately exploiting system server errors for personal gain

If any of these are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the remaining balance will be frozen.

5.1 — Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, software, and content on the 777ygn website are our legal property. Copying, distributing, or using any part of it in any way without our written permission is prohibited.

5.2 — Personal Data Protection

5.3 — Limitation of Liability

777ygn is not responsible for any losses or delays caused by the following —

• Force Majeure — war, natural disaster, cyber attack
• Delays by third-party payment service providers
• Losses caused by the player's own misunderstanding
• Internet connection failure

5.4 — Dispute Resolution

6.1 — VIP Tier Criteria

The 777ygn VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Tier upgrades depend on the player's ongoing activity and playing patterns, and are at our discretion.

6.2 — Referral Program (Refer a Friend)

The referrer will receive 10% of their referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer can earn 0.1% of their referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission.

Referrals must be genuine. If self-created accounts are used for referrals, no bonus will be given and those accounts will be banned.

6.3 — Conditions for Bonus Forfeiture

To receive cashback and Refer a Friend bonuses, the account must be active at the time the bonus is issued. If a suspended account or a commission violation is detected, the reward may be cancelled.

7.1 — Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect, and the invalid clause will be replaced with the closest provision that fulfils its original intent.

7.2 — Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Burmese and the Burmese version is the official original. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Burmese version, the Burmese version shall prevail.
